About us

A quiet corner between the pines and the Adriatic

Streha means “shelter” in Albanian, and that is what we are: a small grass campsite in a pine forest at the marina of Shëngjin, in the north of Albania. The beach is a few steps away and the centre of town is a ten-minute walk.

We are Rudy and Angie. We live on the campsite, keep the showers and toilets clean, and we cook: grilled fish and shrimp from the bay, breakfast in the morning and wine from a vineyard down the road.

There are no numbered pitches and no long list of rules. Pick a spot under the trees, settle in, and stay as long as you like.
